Hello! I can’t believe it’s already the start of a new week. Our weekend flew by, and it was busy. Yesterday was so busy that I sent my family a note from my phone with a schedule for the day…which no one followed. I love that for me.

Anyway…with October wrapping up, I’m sharing some of my favorite memes from the month.

Yikes! Unfortunately, sometimes this one is relatable…

I know people either love or hate candy corn. I like a few pieces when it’s mixed with peanuts. I haven’t really bought any this season.

I was just recently asked my favorite Halloween candy, and I said Reese’s pumpkins. I know they taste the same, but I always buy myself a few pumpkin and Easter egg ones when I see them at the checkout at the grocery store.

I’m always amazed how crowded the pumpkin patches are every year. I will say when we went last week, it didn’t feel as crowded as usual.

Hello! How as your weekend? We had a great one. We took it easy on Friday night because Hadley was still sick, and then Saturday was great because we didn’t have much going on. Hayden had cross country practice, I picked up groceries, and ran some errands. Travis and the kids went to the UK game on Saturday night. Sunday, we went to my nephew’s flag football game and then had the first batch of chili of the season for dinner.

That was just a quick recap of the weekend, but today’s post is all about a few laughs. Believe it or not, this is the last Monday of September (how is that possible?!), so I’m sharing some memes that made me laugh this month.

This meme is very timely. I will say though, for once the weekend didn’t feel super quick. That’s probably because we didn’t have much we “had” to do on Saturday.

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Ours seemed extra busy. Friday after school started with the kids going in separate directions. Eventually, Hadley had an overnight a friend’s house, and Hayden went to a football game. Saturday was spent out in the heat at Hayden’s cross country meet. Then, Sunday was full of all the things: church, volleyball, science projects, errands, and more!

We’re ready for another full week of school, but first I’m sharing some of the memes that made me laugh this month…

Hello? How was your weekend? We had the best summer weekend. Travis and I went to dinner for our anniversary on Friday.

Saturday, we spent the day at the lake, and then yesterday I wrapped up the weekend at the New Kids on the Block concert with some of my friends! I will share more about all of those activities soon.

Since it’s the last Monday of the month (*sigh*), I’m sharing the best memes I saw this month!

Hello and Happy Monday! How was your weekend?

Our was..you guessed it…busy! The kids both had friends spend the night on Friday. Then, we spent most of Saturday in Louisville for a track meet that continued to be delayed due lightning, so they never ran. Hadley had big plans on Saturday night while the rest of us just hung out at home. Sunday, the kids were busy at church and then we went back to Louisville for them both to run the 800 m race.

It was a great weekend, but I’m ready to get these last few days of school over with, so we can enjoy summer.

Hello! How was your weekend? Ours was really good. We had a late night Friday night watching Hayden run at an invitational track meet, and another late night on Saturday at the Chris Stapleton concert at Kroger Field.

Y’all- we were up until midnight two nights in a row. I couldn’t complain on Sunday because Travis actually got up at 4am to head to Louisville to meet clients and watch Derby horses workout.

Thankfully, yesterday provided some time to get ready for the week as well as a quick nap! The weather was beautiful for the entire weekend which was such a bonus.

Hello! Happy Monday. I can’t believe it’s the last Monday in March. This got me thinking…so I counted…only eight more Mondays of the school year. Of course, this is the best kind of Monday…the beginning of Spring Break.

Hello! How was your weekend? We had a great one, but it was busy. Really busy. Hayden had five basketball games in 24 hours followed by Hadley’s dance competition in Louisville Saturday evening. I’m really thankful to have this Monday off to get organized for the week and have some much needed downtime.
