Hello! I can’t believe it’s already the start of a new week. Our weekend flew by, and it was busy. Yesterday was so busy that I sent my family a note from my phone with a schedule for the day…which no one followed. I love that for me.
Anyway…with October wrapping up, I’m sharing some of my favorite memes from the month.

I know people either love or hate candy corn. I like a few pieces when it’s mixed with peanuts. I haven’t really bought any this season.

I was just recently asked my favorite Halloween candy, and I said Reese’s pumpkins. I know they taste the same, but I always buy myself a few pumpkin and Easter egg ones when I see them at the checkout at the grocery store.

I’m always amazed how crowded the pumpkin patches are every year. I will say when we went last week, it didn’t feel as crowded as usual.

I’m actually not too bad at recognizing people, but I struggle with names sometimes…especially after just meeting someone. Why am I this way? haha

I literally live for coffee. I’m not sure anyone would want to be near me without caffeine.

This one made me LOL because it is one of the reasons we don’t belong to Costco or Sams. I spend enough money at Kroger and Trader Joe’s!

Oh gosh – all of them are so relatable. I love that Costco one! Also, I can’t believe all of the Chatty Cathys at the gym at 5 a.m. – I haven’t had any coffee yet, so please don’t try to talk to me. The Reese’s pumpkins and eggs are absolutely the best. The ratio is different and I love it! Have you ever made buckeyes? Those are so good. I think I need a bit more of the peanut butter filling and less of the chocolate, you know? I have put serious thought into this! This week feels like it’s gonna be long and require cocktails in the afternoons.

Omg when I would go to the gym in the morning, I always had my air pods in. I don’t want to talk (or hear) to anyone. This week is going to be so long…& then Halloween on a Monday 😂 I love buckeyes but I’ve never made them. My mother in law always makes them at Christmas.

Yes, me too! I don’t talk but I am annoyed by the ones who talk to other people! I heard that November 1 is one of the worst attendance days and my seniors have already “warned” me. You should make them – so easy. I like the ones with added Rice Krispies, too! Yum!

To be fair, the Reese’s pumpkins and eggs are superior to the normal Reese’s cup because they have more peanut butter to chocolate without the ridgey edges. It’s just science. 😁

Babhaah you aren’t the only one to tell me this this morning. I didn’t realize / hadn’t thought about that. It justifies my picking one up at check out haha

I hesitate to admit this… but we have a few ladies we’ve been hiking with for nearly a year now and I still don’t know their names! After the first hike no one has used their names again… and I don’t want to be that person that asks (since they both use my name!). I have to work really hard to remember names and try to use them in my head often when first introduced to someone or associate them with someone I know that has the same name. Faces yes, names no..

Oh no! That’s funny but sounds like me. At some point, it turns awkward not knowing but you can’t ask. I’ve met a lot of new moms that past couple of years and i have to rely on hadley to help me haha
