Happy November 1st!
Wow, I feel like October went by in a blink. November is a busy month in our house, so I’m sure I will have the same sentiments about November.

Clothing:
I have this same light weight sweatshirt in black, and I also purchased it in light green. I wear both colors pretty often both with denim, skinny pants, or leggings.

I shared these mules in my Friday Favorites post last week. I think they are my favorite most recent find! I’ve worn them a few times to school and have gotten compliments each time I’ve worn them. The suede material is perfect, and I love the gray neutral color.

Fun fact: I only wear black no show socks when working out. I’ve had the same six or so pairs for years, and well, I’m not sure where they’ve all gone. Even though I don’t mix up our clothes when washing them, so many of my pairs have disappeared.
I purchased this ten pack of Hanes socks, and they are just what I needed to replace my missing pairs!

Health:
I swear my hair isnโt as thick as it used to be. It’s not obvious, but it is to me. Iโm not sure if itโs a post-Covid thing or what. My hair stylist suggested mixing a few drops of rosemary into my shampoo when I was my hair, and that has helped some of her clients. I’ve been doing that for the past month or so. The only “issue” is that I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week, so I’m not sure that it’s helping much. I do love the scent of rosemary, so I’m definitely going to continue doing this.

That being said…
…She also suggested a scoop of collagen. I’ve seen many people suggest this brand, so I thought I’d give it a try. I know loss of collagen is definitely something that happens with age, so I’m hoping that putting a scoop in my coffee in the morning will help all the things.

Lastly, I’ve started incorporating a new Beachbody program into my workout routine. 4 Weeks for Everybody with one of my favorite trainers, Autumn, is a great low impact program. I do one or two of those workouts a week, and needed a stability ball.

This was another relatively light month of purchases for me which is probably needed considering how many things I will probably buy in November and December.

Cute sweatshirt and mules! Do they stay on your feet? I had to get rid of my cute bow mules because they just weren’t wearable. So sad!
I had a light spending month, too. I know big months are coming! Eeek!

Love that sweatshirt color! Iโm also intrigued by not mixing laundry. Does everyone do their own laundry? Or have you guys always just kept each person separate? Since I do all the laundry in our house, I group the boys together and then Nathan and myself. I guess it would probably end up being the same amount of loads either way.

Travis has always done his own. For many yearsโฆprobably until the kids started elementary, I combined their laundry and then would then sort and put away. Now, they each have a load. Honestly, sometimes I have so little, I throw my stuff in with Haydenโs. Hadley always seems to have the most haha โฆbut I still only do 2-3 loads on the weekend and thatโs it. If a uniform needs washed midweek, I will wash some towels or something to make that work.

I guess it ends up being larger loads but if I did smaller loads, who knows when it would get put away. Haha

I love that sweatshirt! It’s so pretty and the color is perfect. We don’t mix laundry either and I too find that socks are the one item I tend to slowly lose here and there.

Collagen for me has been the answer!! I do the pill form but know when I went away this summer for 10 days and didnโt have it all my nails broke and my joints really hurt. I assume itโs helping my hair too. Hope this is an answer for you ๐
